Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data we process and how we protect it. The Service is administered by the Visnea project team (the “Service”, “we”).

1. Data we process

Identification: e-mail, Telegram ID and username (when using the Telegram bot or linking the account).

Technical: IP, device/browser, cookies, access logs (including plugin usage).

Usage: operation history, balance, tool request content (prompts, uploaded images) and generation results.

2. Purposes

Providing the Service, accounting for balance and operations, security and support.

Sending service e-mails: confirmation codes, registration and operation notifications, support replies. Service e-mails are not marketing.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on consent, performance of the contract (offer) and Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

4. Third parties

Request data (prompts, images) may be passed to AI model providers solely to perform operations.

Payment details are handled by payment providers (including Platega and lava.top) and are not transferred to us in full.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored for as long as needed and protected by technical and organizational measures.

Generation results and operation history are kept in the user's account while it is in use. Works published to the community gallery remain visible to other users until unpublished.

6. Your rights

7. Payment data

Top-ups are processed by payment providers. Card/account details are handled by the provider and are not transferred to or stored by us in full; we receive only the data needed to record the operation (amount, status, payment id).
