User Agreement

This User Agreement governs the use of the Visnea service. The Service is administered by the Visnea project team (the “Service”, “we”).

1. General

This Agreement governs the use of the Visnea online service provided by the Administration.

By using the Service — registering, topping up, paying and accessing tools — the user fully accepts this Agreement. If the user disagrees, they must stop using the Service.

2. Nature of goods & services

The Service provides intangible digital goods and services: access to AI tools for image, video and text generation and processing, plus related features. Access is provided via the web interface, the Telegram bot and the plugin for graphics editors; the account and balance are shared across channels.

Payment is made with internal accounting units — credits (shown as “cherries” in the UI), 1 credit = 1 RUB. Credits are a prepaid advance for the Service.

The Service's value lies in technical access, model aggregation, convenience and support, not in exclusivity of third-party models.

3. Disclaimer of warranties & liability

The Service is provided “AS IS”.

We do not guarantee that the Service meets expectations, achieves any results, or runs uninterrupted/error-free for third-party models.

We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, consequences of using generated content, third-party actions, or temporary technical failures. The user makes all decisions at their own risk.

4. Lawful use

The Service is not intended to encourage or facilitate unlawful activity.

It is prohibited to use the Service to create content violating applicable law or third-party rights, including NSFW content breaching model providers' rules.

The user is fully responsible for lawful use.

5. Payments & refunds

Payment is made in RUB via payment providers (including Platega and lava.top) using available methods (SBP, bank cards, cryptocurrency and others); terms are shown before payment. Minimum top-up is 50 RUB.

Top-ups may be subject to bonuses, promo codes and referral rewards on the terms published in the Service. Bonus credits are not refundable in cash.

Credits are charged upon completion of operations per current pricing. Due to the intangible nature, completed operations are non-refundable.

Refunds are possible if the service was not rendered due to a Service technical fault or access was not actually provided; unused balance may be refunded on request per applicable law.

6. Access limitation

The Administration may suspend or limit access for breach of this Agreement, abuse, or requirements of law or payment providers. Limitation does not release prior obligations.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to generated content are determined by the relevant model providers' terms and the law. The Service's design and code are protected; copying and resale without permission are prohibited.

By publishing a work to the community gallery (sharing), the user confirms the right to distribute it and allows the Service to show it to other users; publication can be revoked at any time.

8. Changes & contacts

We may update this Agreement; the current version is published in the Service. Continued use means acceptance.
