Public Offer (Terms)

This document is a public offer defining the terms of using Visnea. The Service is administered by the Visnea project team (the “Service”, “we”).

1. Definitions

Service — the Visnea platform providing AI tools for images, video, text and more.

Credits — internal accounting units used to pay for operations. 1 credit = 1 RUB.

2. Subject

The Service provides access to a set of AI tools on a prepaid, credit basis, aggregating third-party model providers.

Access is provided via the web interface, the Telegram bot and the plugin for graphics editors. Feature sets may differ per channel; the account and credit balance are shared across channels.

3. Registration

Paid features require registration. By registering, the user accepts this offer, the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Consent.

4. Payment & credits

Top-ups are made in RUB via payment providers (including Platega and lava.top) using the methods shown at checkout: SBP, bank cards, cryptocurrency and others. Minimum top-up is 50 RUB.

Credits do not expire; charges apply per current pricing.

Top-ups may be subject to bonus accruals, promo codes and referral rewards; their terms are published in the Service and may change. Bonus credits are not refundable in cash.

5. Refunds

Unused credit balance may be refunded on written request per applicable law. Completed operations are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Using the Service for unlawful content or content violating third-party rights is prohibited.

7. Rights, storage & sharing

Rights to generated content are determined by the relevant model providers' terms and the law; the user is responsible for how results are used.

Generation results and operation history are stored in the user's account. The Service may set reasonable storage limits, announcing changes in the Service.

The user may voluntarily publish a work to the community gallery (sharing). By publishing, the user confirms the right to distribute it and allows the Service to show it to other users; publication can be revoked at any time.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for third-party model downtime or indirect damages.
